Q: How do I get my library barcode?
A: Contact the Library: (937) 328-6022, firstname.lastname@example.org. Barcode request can only be fulfilled during the libraries posted hours of operation.
Q: My barcode isn’t working.
A: The barcode is the 14-digit code on the back of your ID, starting with “251280…” Enter your name as it is registered with the college, which may include your middle initial or middle name.
Q: I’m having difficulty accessing OhioLINK, or OhioLINK is asking for a password (instead of barcode).
A: If you are off campus, click the “off campus” link. If your Student ID is older than three years, please contact the Library at (937) 328-6022 or email@example.com.
Q: I’m not a student, can I still use OhioLINK resources?
A: Yes! Community members may use OhioLINK from a guest log-in at the Library. This service is an on-site service and is temporarily on hold while the Library is closed due to COVID-19.
